Holly H. Walker serves as an attorney at Cosgrove Simpson. Ms. Walker’s practice focuses on advising clients on regulatory matters in the financial services industry, supporting the firm's diverse litigation practice, represents clients who are the subjects of non-compete and contractual covenant enforcement matters in state and federal court, and represents clients in their estate planning matters involving Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, both healthcare and durable, Advance Healthcare Directives, and real estate deed preparation. Ms. Walker serves as Secretary for the Securities Law Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and Vice Chair for Missouri Bar’s Administrative Law Committee.
Before law school, Ms. Walker spent 8 years working in the areas of banking and wealth management. She started her career working for a trust company assisting sub-advisors in setting up and managing model portfolios. This included model maintenance and rebalancing, security set up, corporate action processing, and daily NAV calculations. She then spent several years in the banking sector, most recently managing a portfolio of $20-40M commercial real estate loans at a mid-size bank. She regularly assisted with the lender’s compliance and risk departments to ensure loans remained in compliance with the lending risk policy and with US Treasury-imposed regulations for lenders.
Ms. Walker is involved in the community, supporting creative artists as a Volunteer Attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts in St. Louis (VLAA), and a Volunteer Attorney for St. Louis Survivor’s Legal Support (SLSLS).
Ms. Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Colorado State University in 2014 and her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2024.
